location, layout & access to outdoor games, gathering spaces. Front desk staff very professional & accommodating. Enjoyed lobby coffee but $20/day was too much.

Honestly exceptional hotel. I picked this hotel for my bachelorette based off the amenities and how modern everything was. The hotel did not disappoint. Great location and proximity to restaurants in Napa and many wineries. Staff was helpful. The food was also super good.

For work purposes the location was perfect. I would like acknowledge Nicole Titus and Blossom at the front desk. Wonderful ladies, who were so helpful and delightful to deal with. I would hope management would acknowledge each of the ladies personally and thank them on my behalf

The front of house staff, particularly Blosson and Nicole were outstanding! Very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

We had room service for breakfast and it was good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the staff are great, Pedro the bartender was wonderful.

The customer service was great, there were different activities, and great location. It was close to downtown and the jazz festival.
